The Gordon Arms Restaurant with Rooms,
Yarrow Valley, Selkirk, TD7 5LE. Nestling in the beautiful Yarrow Valley, near St Mary's
Loch, The Gordon Arms is an old historic coaching inn and a once favourite haunt of James Hogg,
Sir Walter Scott and Robert Burns. Now a 21st Century Restaurant with Rooms, The Gordom Arms offers
five cosy and comfortable en-suite rooms, good, honest food and a short but serious wine list. Guest
rooms are all at first floor level and feature free Wi-Fi, TVs, tea and coffee making facilities
and a mixture of modern bathrooms and rustic furniture. The restaurant menu changes seasonally and
there are also daily specials. Award-winning Chef/Owner Bryn Jones' daily, Sunday lunch and bar
menus all feature local produce, including some ingredients from the Yarrow Valley. Residents and
non-residents are welcome to dine and tables can be booked, either by phone or on the website linked
below. B&B rates from £115 per room per night with a minimum 2 night stay. Over 16s only. Well
