edge of an idyllic Deer Park at the heart of Hopetoun House Estate in South Queensferry,
a 15 minute drive from Edinburgh Airport. The magnificent Hopetoun House is a just a
short walk away, as are many of the filmimg locations from the Outlander series, including
"Lallybroch", as well as from The Outlaw King. Parkhead House offers well appointed
accommodation in one double, one family and one twin bedroom, all en-suite with wonderful
views over wooded parkland. We offer the freedom and flexibility of a self-catering break
combined with the welcome of a traditional bed and breakfast so those traveling with children,
enjoying the great outdoors or bringing the family pet, can relax knowing you have the use of
the cottage, kitchen and laundry during your stay, whether that is for one night or longer. Each
en-suite bedroom has tea/coffee making facilities, Freeview TV, radio alarm, hairdryer, towels,
bathrobes and toiletries. There is free WiFi throughout and guests also have use of the garden.
Our breakfasts are made using the best local organic produce, some of which is supplied by the
