The well appointed accommodation sleeps four, with a ground floor en-suite double bedroom and a twin room with its own bathroom upstairs. A bed settee in the lounge can accommodate additional guests, if required. There is a fully fitted kitchen with a full range of time-saving appliances which leads into a comfortable and spacious living area with large picture window, lounge seating, digital TV, DVD and hi-fi. The cottage also has free Wi-Fi. Open all year. STL license number: NA-00212-F. The Cottage lets at £695 per week, Saturday to Saturday, or at £125 per night, with a minimum stay of three nights in the summer, or two nights throughout the winter. Waverley, Whiting Bay, Near Lamlash, Isle of Arran. Waverley is a charming detached house which sleeps up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms. It sits in a wonderful location on the pictureque east coast of Arran overlooking Whiting Bay, just 5 miles from Lamlash. The well appointed accommodation comprises a large open-plan living space with a compact kitchen area with a mezzanine level above, a double height dining room and a spacious sitting room which opens into a conservatory. There is a downstairs single bedroom plus two first floor bedrooms which sit either end of a mezzanine landing; one is a double, the other a super-king with en-suite shower room. There is a family bathroom upstairs, plus a separate WC downstairs. A utility room, which houses the laundry facilities and has handy space for drying clothes and outdoor gear, completes the internal space. Outside there is private parking and a seating area which overlooks a pretty garden to the sea shore beyond. From £750-£1295 per week including provision of all bed linen, towels, WiFi, the first £20 of electricity and £30 of heating oil.
