Edinburgh Antiques & Collectors Fair at The Royal Highland Showground,
Ingilston. Saturday Trade 8.15am to 10am, £5: Public 10am to 4pm,

courtesy bus from Waverley Bridge to the showground on Saturday at 9am, 10am,
11am, 12 noon and 2pm and on Sunday at 9.30am, 10.30am, 11.30am, 1pm and 2pm
These timings are for an out and back journey and will be subject to traffic

Reno
Troilus presents "Showstoppers" at Strathpeffer Pavilion A musical theatre
extravaganza including excerpts from well-known musicals like Phantom of the
Opera and Chicago. Reno is joined by a team of singers and a live band,
including young talent from Stagecoach Theatre Arts, with a vibrant mix of

Ponyo
at Dundee Contemporary Arts Cinema The heart-warming story of a little

Festival at Scone Palace Part of the Scottish Snowdrop Festival. Visit our
enchanting snowdrops which can be found almost everywhere across the one
hundred acres of beautiful gardens. Also, enjoy afternoon tea in the coffee

Galloway
Antiques Fair at Scone Palace Nationally known antiques and fine art
dealers will be displaying items for sale including furniture, porcelain,
glass, silver, jewellery, mirrors, sculpture, oriental rugs and carpets and
much more from early Georgian through to the 1930s. Come along and search for a

Richard Smith & cellist Julie Adams at Strathpeffer Pavilion Originally
from Kent, Richard started playing guitar at 5 years old and was invited to

most vibrantly original works. Rarely presented in the UK, this is an exciting
new collaboration with Opera North. John Fulljames directs a superb cast
including English tenor John Graham Hall and Scottish contralto Frances
McCafferty, making her Scottish Opera début, alongside celebrated
Scottish baritone Donald Maxwell. On 9 April is Mr Broucek Unwrapped at 6pm. 8

Dirty 30 Challenge Walk A 30 mile walk in 24 hours through the most
spectacular scenery in the North West Highlands of Scotland, taking in views of

the Bruce and his Courtiers at Scone Palace Costumed actors will tell the
story of Robert the Bruce's road to the Scottish crown and talk about his life,
his family, William Wallace and his hopes for Scotland. Performances will take

plant, and livestock to tend. And between all of this hard work there's the
need to make fire, prepare food, make clothing and bedding, and even go

Scottish Game Fair at Scone Palace Regarded as one of the main countryside
events of the year, The Scottish Game Fair demonstrates the importance of game
and other wildlife and their contribution to the Scottish countryside. The Fair
attracts over 30,000 visitors who come to see spectacular arena events, gundog
and fishing competitions and clay pigeon shooting. There are also 400 trade
stands selling guns, fishing rods and outdoor clothes and for the children
there are inflatables plus a range of other fun activities. From 9.30am to 6pm

of Orchids at Scone Palace The festival will include displays by some of
the UK's most prestigious orchid nurseries and suppliers and plants will be
available for purchase during the weekend. As well as enjoying the stunning
displays, visitors will be able to listen to talks by experts on the art of
orchid growing each day. Other attractions include The Organic Blending
Company, who return with their latest range of organic sprinkles, spices,
marinades, gravies and stuffings and provide food tasting over the course of
the weekend; a textiles exhibition inspired by Scone Palace and the Orchid

and Kinross Today Photography Exhibition Created as part of the Perth 800
celebrations, the exhibition is made up of 100 framed images showing the
diverse range of interests and activities in the area. Comprising landscapes
showing the beauty of the countryside around us, portraits of local people,

Vintage Tractor and Engine Club Extravaganza at Scone Palace Celebrating 25
years at Scone Palace this year. Vintage tractors, stationary engines, steam
engines and agricultural machinery will be display, together with vintage cars,
lorries and other vehicles. Working demonstrations of vintage agricultural
machinery including ploughing, combining and threshing, plus trade stands and
auto jumble. In honour of the 25th anniversary, special 'attendance' awards
will be presented, and a solid silver salver, donated by the Earl of Mansfield,
will be awarded to the 'Best in Show'. The Rally will also include a FBHVC
(Federation of British Historic Vehicles Clubs) 'Champion of Champions' event.
