Bookings are welcome for short breaks, full weeks and longer lets. Dates and rates are negotiable depending upon season, length of stay and guests particular wishes. Overseas guests can make payment in Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Euros at the prevailing rate of exchange at time of booking. Please call or email with your requirements.

Weekly Bookings: Usually Saturday to Saturday, with rates from £210-£350.

Short Breaks: Normally a minimum of 2 nights (except when offered as a 1 night extension to a full week booking) with rates from £35-£60 per night depending on season.

Payment: Deposit on booking £50, with balance payable within 21 days of arrival. Full balance payable immediately on bookings made within 21 days of arrival unless an alternative is agreed.

Availability: All year, from 3pm on day of arrival to 11am on day of departure. Occupancy is based upon 4 persons. A single bed in bedroom 1 plus a bed settee in the lounge provides additional accommodation for a further 2 guests at no extra charge, however guest numbers must be agreed at point of booking.

Guest Telephone: All incoming calls are free. Outgoing calls are at BT Together Option 2 tariff. An overseas call facility can readily be made available. Guests can directly monitor their daily telephone useage and there is no charge for calls of up to £1 per booked week. This is not a coinbox service.

Utilities: Use of the washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher does not incur any additional charge and a start-up supply of washing powders is provided.
