Pier View offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. Located at first floor level, this spacious, well appointed property overlooks Helensburgh seafront and enjoys panoramic views of the Clyde.

The accommodation comprises a well equipped dining-kitchen with seating for six plus a range of modern appliances including a 4 ring electric hob, a double oven, a tall larder fridge and separate freezer, a microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Sufficient crockery and cutlery is provided for up to 18 place settings.

The light and airy lounge is located in the south east corner of the flat with two large windows to the south overlooking the seafront and a further, east, window overlooking the town's Tourist Information Centre. Two armchairs, a settee and a bed settee provide comfortable seating for up to 6 and additional bed space as required. A TV, VHS/DVD player/recorder, a Digibox and a music centre are provided. A large built-in bookcase houses plenty of books, DVDs, videos and audio tapes for your enjoyment.

Bedroom 1 includes a double bed plus an extra single and has a TV, DVD and video player. This rooms has a washbasin with mirror and a lighted shaver point. There is ample storage space provided in wardrobes, a dressing table and drawers. A trouser press and two dressing gowns are provided.

The property is centrally heated throughout, with a modern air pollution reducing condensing gas boiler. Booking rates are inclusive of all gas and electricity. Linen and towels are provided free of charge.
