 Thistle Street
Bar |
The Thistle Street Bar is found - unsurprisingly given its name -
on Thistle Street, between George Street and Queen Street in Edinburgh's New
Town. Formerly known as Harveys, and Just Charlies, and before that as The
Howff, this is a strong contender for the most name-changed pub in Edinburgh.

But the latest name, The Thistle Street
Bar, seems to fit this establishment well, as does the nicely decorated
black and white exterior.
 Thistle Street |
Inside you find a pleasant small bar area, leading up via a couple
of steps to a narrow extension towards the rear of the pub.
