The Rose Street Brewery is situated, as the name implies, on Rose
Street. Sadly, although also implied in the name, it is no longer a brewery.
Before it became the Rose Street Brewery it was known as the White Cockade.

The Rose Street Brewery comprises two floors. On the ground floor
you find the bar. On a slightly split level this provides a number of distinct
areas.

The first floor, which was once home to the brewery that produced
the renowned Auld Reekie Ale, now houses the
Brewhouse Restaurant.
