Traditionally regarded as a locals' pub known primarily for its cheep beer and unchanging interior, those who haven't visited in a while will find that things have changed, at least as far as the fixtures, fittings and decor are concerned.

Where once an imposing gantry and dark wood soaked up much of the light coming in through the front windows, now you find white walls and light oak coloured bar and furniture. The effect is very attractive, if very different!
