 The Cambridge
Bar on Young Street |
The Cambridge Bar is one of two pubs on Young Street, between Queen
Street and George Street in Edinburgh's New Town. The other, the
Oxford Bar, is more widely known, but for lovers
of good beer and good burgers the Cambridge really shouldn't be overlooked.

Once through the front door of what looks like a 1770s New Town
Georgian house, you find two main rooms: a comfortable lounge with sofas and a
fire to the left, by the bar, and an area given over to dining to the right.

2006 saw the Cambridge Bar return to the pages of CAMRA's Good Beer
