Painstakingly renovated and restored by owners and managers Robbie and Fiona
Mackay, this 150-year-old hotel offers an idyllic place to relax and unwind in
beautiful surroundings. Whether you're here for a romantic weekend or for a get
away from it all break, then this is the place for you. The six en-suite
bedrooms are individually decorated and furnished; all are stylish, each is
unique. Peatstacks Restaurant is small and intimate and open to both residents
and non residents. The daily changing menu features traditional Highland
dishes, many now difficult to find. The finest ingredients, including the best
local seafood and meats, are imaginatively prepared with superb results. The
atmosphere at Mackay's is of a stylish and elegant home from home. Those who
come here describe it as “their well kept secret”, many return time
