The property is set on the edge of Nethy Bridge in the Cairngorms National Park, with direct access to miles of woodland behind, a 9-hole golf course down the road and the river Spey, famous for its fishing, flowing past the village. Inverness with its airport is within easy travelling distance and the cottage provides a great base for touring. The accommodation, over two floors, comprises a fully fitted kitchen/dining room, a living room with open fire, one double bedded room with en-suite shower room, a second double bedded room, one twin room, a games room and a family bathroom. Rates from £308 per week including provision of all bed linen, towels and tea towels. Electricity is also included from May to September. At other times it is charged at £20 per week.
