Bay
Farm Holiday Cottages, Rosehaugh Estate Office, Avoch, IV9 8RF. Built
in 2001, these charming self catering cottages - namely Roebuck and Swallow -
are situated in quiet, rural surroundings just above the shore of Munlochy Bay
on the sheltered south eastern side of the Black Isle. South facing with views
across the Bay to the Strathconan mountains, Bay Farm Holiday Cottages provide
the perfect relaxing retreat. With most of the accommodation on the ground
floor, both cottages are wheelchair friendly. They have been built to exacting

Benview House, Muir of Ord. Set in the heart of the
Highlands, Benview provides an excellent touring base for exploring this most
beautiful part of Scotland. The house was completed in 2005 and offers a very
high standard of self-catering accommodation. It can sleep 10 guests
comfortably, though smaller groups can be catered for. The house has a large
open plan kitchen/lounge/dining room, five bedrooms in a mix of doubles and
twins and a family bathroom. Children are very welcome and Benview has a
playroom plus access to a large playing field at the bottom of the garden. The
property also has an integrated double garage, great for bicycle and other

Doric House, Rosemarkie. Situated in the centre of the
ancient seaside hamlet of Rosemarkie, Doric House is a characterful building
adorned with imposing sandstone pillars. The house is believed to date from the
1700s and has evolved from a former Victorian Post Office and shop, through a

Fuchsia Cottage, Fortrose

situated within the Fortrose Harbour Conservation Area, Fuchsia Cottage dates
to around 1800. With a southerly aspect, the cottage is adjacent to the beach
and small harbour. It has a small, enclosed rear garden which is formed within
the walls of a former smithy. Fuchsia Cottage provides accommodation for up to
5 guests in two bedrooms - one a double, the other a twin with the addition of
a z bed. It has two living rooms, one with satellite TV via FreeSat and a
video/dvd player, a fully modernised and well equipped kitchen and a family
bathroom. The property is heated by electric storage heaters. It also has a
traditional wood burning stove and an open fireplace for extra warmth on
