properties. They are set amidst spectacular scenery on the shore of Loch
Linnhe. Each cottage has a recently reburbished, fully fitted modern kitchen

The properties are set in
four and a half acres of landscaped gardens which also has a tennis court for
the use of guests. The cottages are under the personal supervision of Joanne
and Adrian Brookes. Coach House is a charming detached cottage sleeping up to 6
located within 4 metres of the lochside. This magnificently situated cottage
has a sauna on the first floor. Gardeners Cottage, which also sleeps 6, was the
original home of the resident gardener for Ardrhu estate. This pretty cottage
boasts an open fire and a cosy living area. The Ardrhu Estate is open all year

Nr Appin, PA38 4BU. 3 Bayview is a charming terraced cottage set in an
idyllic and peaceful location, yet it is within easy reach of local services
and well placed for touring this beautiful part of the country. The views from
here are spectacular, ever changing with the seasons and often by the hour.
You'll find a local shop within two miles, plus a pub and choice of restaurants
close by. Accommodation at 3 Bayview comprises a recently refurbished
lounge/diner, a well equipped kitchen, one double and one twin bedrooms and a

Loch Leven

Fully equipped to cater for up to four adults, Loch Leven Chalets comprise 7
detached units all named after local wildlife. Stag, Seal, Salmon and
Pinemarten have a double and a twin bedroom whilst Otter, Grouse and Wildcat
have two twin bedded rooms. Each chalet has a spacious living/dining room with
large patio doors opening onto a covered verandah. The adjoining kitchen comes
fully equipped and with ample storage space and each lodge has a bathroom with
full suite. We also have a luxury detached cottage with 4 bedrooms, sleeping up
to 8 people. Set in its own grounds, this well appointed property looks out
over Loch Leven. Come here to enjoy the magnificent Glencoe scenery in all its

Roe Deer

Roe Deer Cottage is a modern, airy property, part of a working croft located in
the pretty village of Ballachulish. Offering luxury accommodation with
magnificent views over wild mountain and moorland, the cottage is furnished and
appointed to a very high standard and is wheelchair friendly. Wooden floors
feature throughout, from the entrance hallway into the open-plan lounge, the
dining room and the fully fitted kitchen. There are two luxurious bedrooms; one
a king-sized double and the other a twin. Both rooms have en-suite bath or
shower facilities with organic shampoos, shower gels and hand soap - we even
provide fluffy bathrobes. Roe Deer Cottage is surrounded by marshland, which

The
Steading, Rob Roy Road, Kinlochleven, PH50 4RA. This newly completed,
detached, self catering cottage is situated in a quiet location in the
foothills of the Mamores. The property enjoys wonderful views, surrounded as it
is by the magnificent Glencoe mountains, and is conveniently located adjacent
to the West Highland Way long distance footpath. Accommodation at The Steading
is modern, light and airy. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. These include
a fully fitted kitchen with feature breakfast bar, a large lounge, shower room
with double sink and large shower unit with jet shower and a twin bedroom which
can also be configured as a king size double. There is a large garden to the
rear of the property and ample parking. The Steading is non smoking throughout
