lounge, the sofa converts into a large double bed if required. Downstairs there
is a light and airy lounge with a wood burning stove, a central family room
with a gas fire, a dining room, kitchen and laundry. 92 is well appointed with
all modern conveniences including TV/DVD, a dishwasher and washer/drier. The

6 guests. A great base for a family holiday, you'll find the pretty harbour and
a clean, safe sandy beach within 100 yards of the property and a golf course
close by. Cullen itself is a charming place, with a number of attractive shops,
hotels and restaurants. There are walks in the area, the Castle and Whisky
trails to explore and the Moray firth dolphins to spot along the coast. The
accommodation at 118 comprises an open plan living/dining room/kitchen, a
utility room, master bedroom with king size bed and a shower room to the ground
floor, plus two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, to the upper
floor. Outside is an enclosed garden, though the steepness with which the

sea on the seafront of the pretty village of Seatown, Cullen. Ideal for a
family holiday, you'll find plenty to see and do in this beautiful part of

include a well-equipped kitchen, separate dining room, a utility room with both

views over the seafront. The house bathroom has both a bath and power shower.
Of the three bedrooms, two are on the upper floor, a double overlooking the
harbour, plus a twin. A further bedroom with bunk beds is on the ground floor.

cottages - Barlow, Jebel and Pindie. Rich in natural beauty and with a wealth

accommodation just for two. It has a separate kitchen, a sitting/dining room, a
bathroom and an upper gallery with one bedroom. Jebel and Pindie both have
three bedrooms and sleep up to 6. They each have a separate sitting room, a
kitchen and one bedroom downstairs, plus a bathroom and two further bedrooms at
first floor level. The three cottages are all situated in the old Seatown of
Cullen adjacent to the harbour and beach. The two larger properties also have

Mission Hall, Crovie. The Mission Hall is situated just a few feet from
the shore in the tiny and picturesque conservation village of Crovie on the
