find plenty to do here to suit all tastes. Nearby is Balmoral Castle, summer
residence of the Royal Family and a 'must visit' for many who come to the area.
There are mountains to climb as well as visitor attractions aplenty. Open all

STB 3 Star Self Catering. Standing in 2 acres of its own land and surrounded by
trees and forest, Holmhead is a traditional 'but and ben' cottage. The property
has been tastefully rebuilt and while retaining some original features, it
offers all modern comforts and is suitable for up to 5 guests. The
accommodation comprise a well-equipped kitchen-diner with an open fire,
separate lounge with wood burning stove, two bedrooms and a shower room.
Electric heating is also installed and may be used as an alternative to solid
fuel. You'll find a child friendly pub-restaurant just two minutes walk away
and a wealth of things to do and places to visit in the area. Dogs are welcome
at Holmhead, but please let us know in advance. Available all year at
£300 per week inclusive of all bed linen. Please bring your own towels.
